I photographed my nuclear family, three of the most central characters in my life; within their natural and personal environment. I decided to document their intimate life, exploring the relationship between them and the way they cope with the immigration to Israel.
The intimate and immediate surrounding which my family crated, express their ongoing and daily attempt to preserve a memory of a life they left behind in Ukraine.
Through observation of my family space I share their memory and create a new space for an interaction between my family memory and perspectives and my own one.
